Working with leadership to implement technology, policies, and controls that support our compliance with standards such as SOC2 or ISO 27001
5+ years experience in the field of security
~2+ years experience securing cloud-native applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP
~ A deep understanding of web security fundamentals
~ Familiarity with the entire Software Development Lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application containerization
~ Comfort explaining security risks and concepts to both developers and less-technical audiences

Familiarity with our tech stack (JavaScript/React, Ruby on Rails)
Systems programming experience in languages like Go or Elixir
