    Job Description:


    Hite Consulting is seeking a Program Manager that will lead and grow Hite programs supporting federal agencies centered in public health, most applicable, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

    The Program Manager will be responsible for program delivery in public health consulting, communications, data management, strategic planning, and operational support.

    The Program Manager will report to the President/CEO of Hite Consulting.

    This position is primarily remote, and candidates should be in the following area or general vicinity: Atlanta, GA with the ability to travel to CDC for client engagement activities or as requested.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Manage program efforts including service delivery, cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance;
    Serves as client contact, providing deliverables (project plans, monthly reports, ad-hoc reports), schedules, invoice preparation, and any information the client requests;
    Interfaces with project personnel and key stakeholders continuously;
    Manage project resource allocations, including supporting recruiting efforts for needed project personnel;
    Oversees subcontractor delivery and relationships;
    Manages/develops project costs ensuring alignment with financial targets.
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative provisions within contracts and subcontract agreements;
    Manage Hite personnel assigned to programs including time management, performance evaluations, recruiting and onboarding to project roles;
    Participates in business development initiatives to expand work under existing client relationships and new corporate pursuits;
    Provides technical insight and support in proposal and marketing development efforts in pursuit of new business opportunities;
    Performs other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Management

    or similar field;
    Minimum of eight (8) years' experience managing projects with a bachelor's degree or six (6) years with a master's degree;
    Demonstrated experience managing multi-task projects of various types and complexity in the management consulting arena;
    Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting;
    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for projects; track timelines, budgets, and ensure scope of work is followed;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Excellent skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams);
    US Citizenship is required to obtain or maintain an active NACI security clearance.
    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Experience supporting project management and delivery to CDC or agencies within HHS.
    Management consulting experience serving the Federal government.
    Experience supporting federal business capture and proposal efforts.
    Knowledge of government contracting and government processes.
    PMP Certification.
