04/22/2024 Locations Berlin-CT We are currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem-solving college student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the IT Solution Architecture team. You will work with our team of experienced Solution Architects and development teams across projects.

Qualifications

Passion and aptitude for learning technology and solving problems.

Knowledge of cloud computing preferably Azure

Knowledge of web applications architectures

Good problem-solving skills, enthusiastic work approach, and self-motivated

Demonstrated expertise in understanding the mobile applications for customers or corporate internal use

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences

Student must be enrolled in an IT related degree

Responsibilities

Understand Eversource Field Operations Mobile technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage

Assist the team with various operational, and ongoing project activities.

Document current state business process flows for Field Mobility team and map them to the technology solutions utilized for the business workflows.

Candidate will become familiar with Solution Architecture principals, Azure Cloud concepts, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, AppInsights, Splunk etc.
