- Product owner to support teams managing new product launches, system implementations, and mechanisms to accelerate growth for online sales
- More specifically, you will partner with engineering and operations teams to improve the website especially on the fulfillment and billing process
- You will identify blockers, ruthlessly prioritize, and influence central teams without a direct reporting relationship to deliver results
- Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
- Assist in the preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation
- Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within the SAP R/3 system
- You will analyze inquiries and issues on ERP interfaces or ERP systems to come up with an improvement plan and make changes to the system
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery
- 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment/distribution center/operations, supply chain, general management, or engineering operations
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in information sciences/or computer science, Business Administration, consulting, or business/analytical experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all cross-functional teams (technical and business)
- Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure
