    Part Time Property Manager

    We are seeking a skilled Part-time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
    • Conduct property tours and showcase our community's amenities.
    • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
    • Process lease renewals, new move-ins, and move-outs efficiently.
    • Maintain a high level of curb appeal and ensure the property looks its best at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Property management experience preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Basic technology skills, including smartphones and computers.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
