Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce/ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. This is hybrid role, splitting time working remote and on client site.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for user storiesTranslate business requirements to technical and functional teams forServiceNow implementationsWorking closely with Business Analyst and Product Owners to refine user storiesand categorize the user-centric requirementsDemonstrating an understanding of the customers team's capability visions by researching, wireframing, prototyping, and mocking up user experiencesTranslating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive userexperiencesIdentifying design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying designdecisions eloquentlyCommunicating design ideas and prototypes supported by objective analyses tofacilitate decision-makingDeveloping presentations and reports conveying complex informationPerform subjective and objective research both qualitatively and quantitatively, togather deep end-user understandingParticipating on an agile team and use expand your knowledge of agilemethodologies and tools (e.g.

, SAFe, JIRA, Confluence)

Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technicalteamsPerforms planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetingsSelects appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standardsAnticipates requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and designing appropriate solutionsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR10 years of comparable work experience.
The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to traveloccasionally as needed5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role workingwith ServiceNow or Salesforce ApplicationsExperience leading and delivering Agile Development projectsExperience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability topresent a polished and professional image to clientsAbility to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environmentWillingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extendbeyond initial scope of responsibilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship, requiring a background check.

Ability to obtain a SECRET ClearanceFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
