Job Summary:

Interim HealthCare of Fenton, MO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated In Home Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis.

As a PRN PT, you will provide top-notch rehabilitative services to our patients in their home, collaberating with treatment team, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help improve their overall physical function and quality of life.

This job is perfect for a dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients to remain in their home.

Compensation & Benefits:

The PT PRN position at Interim HealthCare of Fenton, MO offers a flexible work schedule while looking to make a competitive compensation per visit, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer and monitor therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve patients' physical function and mobility
Educate patients and their families on proper rehabilitation techniques and selfcare practices
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and progress reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for the patients
Physical Therapist to complete the patient visits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid and current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
CPR certification
Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must pass a background check and drug screening
