    Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    Role Overview:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, whether in-store or via phone. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and their first impression of our brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience through your personality, professionalism, and performance.
    • Take customer orders (in-person or over the phone) utilizing our technology and Point of Sales System.
    • Contribute to an outstanding in-store customer experience by maintaining the front of the store, including cleaning, preparation, and organization.
    • Ensure accurate and organized orders.
