    Job Description:
    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely, partnering with VocoVision, to provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting in Oklahoma. This opportunity allows you to impact students' lives while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of teletherapy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication and language development needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
    • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students via teletherapy.
    • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and communication goals.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
    • Stay current on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Oklahoma state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and technology skills (teletherapy platform training provided).
