- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication and language development needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to students via teletherapy.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and communication goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Oklahoma state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and technology skills (teletherapy platform training provided).
