    Drive product definition, execution and commercial growth for Women's Health (WH) Artificial Intelligence (AI) in close collaboration with other groups inside GE HealthCare (e.g.

    Marketing, Imaging Platform, Science & Technology Organization, etc) and outside GE HealthCare, while helping shape and align with the broader business strategy to accelerate the development of impactful AI-based solutions that address customer problems and drive business growth. The role will report to the Global GM of Artificial Intelligence for Women's Health.

    Role Summary :

    Drive product definition, execution and commercial growth for Women's Health (WH) Artificial Intelligence (AI) in close collaboration with other groups inside GE HealthCare (e.g.

    Marketing, Imaging Platform, Science & Technology Organization, etc) and outside GE HealthCare, while helping shape and align with the broader business strategy to accelerate the development of impactful AI-based solutions that address customer problems and drive business growth. The role will report to the Global GM of Artificial Intelligence for Women's Health.


    Essential Responsibilities:


    Drive WH AI product definition and roadmap execution in alignment with the broader business strategy Align vision and priorities across functions, partnering closely with Program Mgmt, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Commercial team, etc.

    Ensure effective and efficient communication across functions and stakeholders involved in product development, launch and commercialization.
    Work closely with the different business leaders to drive alignment with the overall business strategy Partner internally with key groups within GE HealthCare to communicate our product needs and secure support from central teams key to our success
    Support external partnerships for co-development and/or integration of relevant 3rd party AI algorithms and solutions.

    Work with marketing, engineering, and services to create short and long-term product strategies, requirements, and value propositions for specific offerings using voice of the customer, clinical data, and design principles.

    Work with customers to solicit input and feedback to better understand and predict customers' evolving needs and expectations
    Understand and openly support all functional goals
    Provide mentoring and coaching as needed for key members from the core product development team


    Qualifications/Requirements:
    Masters Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science/Business discipline, or Bachelors Degree and previous experience of cross-functional product management experience or equivalent
    At least 8 years of experience in healthcare technology industry or product management
    Solid experience in product management, particularly upstream product management directly dealing with new product and offering development
    Strong ability to effectively identify and define key product requirements, specifications, and value proposition.
    Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire product development cycle
    Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
    Experience working within the matrix environment
    Embraces an entrepreneurial culture and growth mindset
    Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
    Strong written and oral communication skills Solid soft skills and ability to influence others


    Desired Characteristics:
    Demonstrated upstream product management knowledge, having experience with the full product lifecycle from concept through end of life
    Solid understanding and experience of AI/ML fundamentals
    Commercial and/or downstream product management experience
    Experience driving complex projects in a changing environment
    Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
    Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
    Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
    Established project management skills.
