    Schedules needed:Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
    Monday- Friday 1pm-9pm
    What You'll Do:
    As a Production Support Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in logistical coordination from our corporate office in Lee's Summit, MO. Your tasks will include:
    • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Aspen's proprietary software
    • Reviewing work orders, insurance paperwork, and material invoices
    • Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
    • Scheduling jobs with subcontractors, property owners, and sales reps
    • Coordinating inspections with building departments
    • Completing bi-weekly payroll for subcontractors
    • Updating reports on pending jobs and accounts receivable
    Key Responsibilities

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically shingle roofs
