    May 06, 2024 Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is searching for a Mechanical Engineer in Muskogee, OK.

    This direct-hire position is with a multinational company that supplies industrial steel tubes and pipes for oil and gas drilling equipment in the use of offshore and onshore industrial drilling.

    The ideal candidate must have a completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. A strong background in CAD, TPM, root cause analysis, predictive and preventive maintenance systems, and visual plant concepts required. Additional safety and compliance training appreciated. Project manager background a plus.


    Salary:
    $85,000-$90,000 Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm Responsibilities of a Mechanical Engineer Drive asset care and Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
    Lead maintenance planning and process procedure improvements using reliability tools.
    Manage predictive maintenance program including Thermal Scanning, Ultrasonic, Vibration monitoring to ensure compliance to established standards.

    Perform and lead Failure Mode Equipment Analysis (FMEA's).Analyze predictive maintenance data to ensure proper preventative maintenance activities are being conducted.

    Review engineering specs and design modification to process equipment for reliability capability.
    Ensures Preventive Maintenance (PM) is accomplished in a timely manner and is to a high standard of quality.
    Continuously evaluate workplace for safety concerns and ensures behavioral safety initiatives are performed to goal levels.

    Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Safety Managers to coordinate any proposed changes using the change management systemDevelops and maintains standard operating and maintenance procedures, and work instructions.

    Provide input for the maintenance budget.
    Schedule periodic meetings with stakeholders to keep them informed of the project status.
    Maintains records of plant and individual equipment performance.
    Prepares and maintains data sheets, wiring and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&lD) and flow charts. required for the proper and efficient operation of plant equipment.
    Analyzes and presents accurate data and information from records to prepare reports, statistics, etc. in support of continuous improvement of reliability.
    Qualifications and needed experience of a Mechanical Engineer Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, completed.
    CAD and working knowledge of TPM, root cause analysis, predictive and preventive maintenance systems, and visual plant concepts.
    Proficient technical skillsStrong Project and Safety management skillsData entry and maintenance budgeting skills a must.

    Work with Maintenance/Production Managers for OPEX fundsRequired to follow and abide by all safety rules and use proper PPE.Must have leadership skills and ability to accomplish goals and tasks in a timely manner.

    Experience in continuous manufacturing environmentCircuit Design (hydraulics, pneumatics and Electrical) knowledgeProficiency in Mechanical Troubleshooting including Power Transmission, Hydraulics, and PneumaticsExcellent communication skills along with needed Microsoft Office knowledge#hub1
