Job summary
We are constantly looking for ways to increase our benefit package to attract and retain top candidates. The Sales Consultant is responsible for overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention.The Sales Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
- Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
- Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
- Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
