The Facilities Technician installs, maintains, repairs and inspects mechanical equipment and systems. They perform a range of maintenance assignments using independent judgment to make decisions requiring the application of procedures and practices to specific work situations.Responsibilities
- Performs service and repair activities for patient and customer needs including but not limited to; lighting repairs/replacements, heating/cooling calls, plumbing repairs.
- Performs preventive and predictive maintenance activities on hospital equipment and systems.
