Position: Cleaning Specialist
We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and requires a strong eye for detail, commitment to safety, and passion for aviation.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior dry-wash and detailing of aircraft
- Clean and refresh aircraft interiors (seating, windows, carpets, lavatories, galleys)
- Conduct brightwork polishing and specialty detailing as assigned
- Follow strict safety and handling procedures around aircraft
- Use aviation-approved products and techniques
- Work efficiently, either independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning, detailing, or janitorial experience preferred (aviation a plus, but not required — training provided)
- Comfortable working outdoors and around aircraft
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (some nights/weekends may be required)
