    Position Description:

    Customer & Dealer Advisory Board Meetings/Event Planning & CoordinationBoard Coordinator of the Fleet Advisory Board (FAB)Leadership & completion of the monthly performance metric reporting cycle.

    Management of operation's internal control/ corporate compliance to Company's GIM program with annual MCRP completion.

    Coordination & Administration of organization's Fleet Demonstration Vehicle ProgramPlan, coordinate presentation completion & facilitation of organization's monthly business review meeting.

    Support the administration of the operation's group NA Commercial & Government Sales budget line items.
    Lea d completion of necessary POs & invoice reconciliation.
    Serve as a central point of contact in organization's initiatives.
    Management & maintenance of organization's central organization chart, distribution list generator, & milestone anniversary file.

    System InterfacesAccess & user knowledge in the following systems:
    Salesforce, Ariba, FMS, CVMS, CONCEPSSharePoint site development, administration & permissions management.
    EDMS book administration and document publication and retention.
    Excel Spreadsheet (to include Power Query, Pivot Analysis/ Charting/ Macros)

    Power Point, Word, PDF Edit, Outlook, WebexSalesforce report configuration and exportSkills Required:
    Strong analytical and business office acumen/ experience.
    Strong organizational skillsCreative, self-starter mindset.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high stress environment while maintaining focus to chart a path through highly complex situations & tasks.


    Experience Required:


    Customer facing meeting/ event planning to include logistics: Location/ Food & BEVGIM / GISAccess & user knowledge in the following systems: Salesforce, Ariba, FMS, CVMS, CONCEPSSharePoint site development, administration & permissions management.

    EDMS book administration and document publication and retention.
    Excel Spreadsheet (to include Power Query, Pivot Analysis/ Charting/ Macros)
