    As a Content Marketing Manager you will craft content that delights NinjaOne customers, partners, and prospects.

    This role will help with the development of a broader content strategy and be responsible for creating a high volume of high-quality content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience.

    You will write anything from complex, long-form pillar content pieces to blogs and thought leadership content.

    The role will partner closely with video producers and multimedia designers as well as a wide range of cross-functional teams.


    Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states - TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, & VA.

    Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL or those willing to relocate unassisted.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Strategize, develop, and execute strategic content that builds NinjaOne's business and aligns with our overall marketing goals.
    Create high-quality and engaging content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience.

    Write across a wide range of formats including videos, multimedia, blogs, books, thought leadership articles, case studies, technical briefs, web copy, advertising copy, infographics, third-party research, and more.

    Partner with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for SEO.
    Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and refine a strategy that supports our overall company objectives

    Identify target audience personas, in partnership with product marketing; understand their pain points, define their key messages and content themes.

    Craft thought leadership in partnership with senior executives and executive communications.
    Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.

    Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams such as product marketing, growth marketing, public relations, customer marketing, social media, and more.

    Maintain editorial style guidelines to ensure all content creators are on brand.
    Track and measure the effectiveness of content programs with regular but efficient reporting on key metrics.
    Other duties as assigned.

    About You

    Proven experience and success creating highly impactful content at a fast-paced SaaS or B2B technology company, preferably with an agency or journalism background
    5+ years of professional experience directly related to this role in-house, in journalism, or at an agency
    Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to write for technical and business audiences
    Significant, proven experience partnering with video and multimedia designers to create highly engaging visual content and in writing for a wide range of mediums
    Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
    Strategic thinker who has experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
    Preferred BA/BS Degree in any field – we value diversity

    Additional Information


    Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.

    The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
