- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, PA PE required;
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with all facets of the design of water and wastewater projects;
- Sound foundation in water and wastewater design skills;
- Experience in providing municipal engineering services a plus;
- Experience with representing utility authorities and municipalities a plus;
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D;
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
