    Job Summary

    The Graphic Designer creates assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, digital advertising, animation, emails, social media, publications, print collateral, and corporate presentations. Web design and UX (user experience) should be your strengths.

    Essential Functions

    • Collaborate with your design team, developers, and department leaders to create high-fidelity website wireframes/mockups. These should be designed in Adobe XD.
    • Work with our developers to implement website designs into WordPress sites and maintain these sites as updates or edits are needed.
    • Assist in the design of digital or print elements, including landing pages, banners, icons, logos, images, and other digital assets.
    • Create digital publications with Adobe InDesign
    • Assist with the design of PowerPoint presentations.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas.
    • Research industry trends and best practices to stay updated on the latest design techniques.
    • Support the design team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint is another plus, but not required.
    • Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
    • A portfolio showcasing previous design work is highly desirable.
