    About the Job

    Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications for the Emergency Department / ER Nurse (RN) position in the Annapolis, MD area.

    • We encourage nurses with experience in psychiatric patient care, fast track, transport, trauma, or trauma levels 1-4 to apply.

    Shifts and Job Types

    • Available shifts: day, night, and mid shifts
    • Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

    Qualifications

    • ADN or higher degree in nursing required
    • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license necessary
    • 1+ years of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred
    • ACLS, PALS certification preferred
    • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures required
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills essential

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
    • Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions
    • Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
    • Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and operate/maintain medical equipment
    • Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
    • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans
    • Educate patients and their families about their condition and care plan

    $60,000 - $121,000 per year
