    Maintenance Supervisor

  • Provide performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when situations dictate.
  • Ensure accountability and discipline when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and departments.
  • Maintain maximum levels of equipment utilization and efficiency to meet production requirements.
  • Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.

    This full-time, salary, role is a part of our maintenance team and reports to the maintenance manager.
    Required experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years as a Skilled Trades Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes as required for the position.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc robotics repairs in a manufacturing environment.
  • High voltage electrical repair experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
