    Groundskeeper
    Location : Atlanta, GA

    Summary: Our company is currently looking for a Portfolio Administrator to work in the Metro Atlanta, GA.

    What you will be doing:

    · Inspects each property daily to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal.· Uses proper tools and power equipment in a safe manner.· Maintains an organized and clean mail room.· Replaces fixtures promptly and as needed.· Responds to property maintenance requests.· Installs and moves a variety of appliances.· Monitors, cleans, and replaces air conditioning vents and filters as needed. · Inspects and maintains appearance of pool deck.· Inspects and cleans vacant properties between tenants.· Assists the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested. · Performs other related duties as assigned.


    What you will need:


    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 6 months or less experience in groundskeeping, caretaking, or janitorial tasks.
    • Extensive knowledge of landscaping and maintenance techniques and processes.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Possesses a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to use the required hand tools to complete requests.
    • Ability to operate various types of power equipment.
    • Ability to work independently and with others.
    • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by required deadlines.
    • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time.
    • Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
    • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
    • Must be physically able to operate maintenance equipment.
    • Must be able to attend to after-hour maintenance emergencies as needed.
