    Gallery Dept. is seeking an experienced, personable, and well-organized

    E-commerce Specialist

    to join our team.

    Under the supervision of the Associate Director of E-commerce Operations, the E-Commerce Specialist's responsibilities include e-commerce strategy execution, product merchandising, upsell management, website QA, asset coordination, marketing campaigns execution, SEO/SEM optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    E-commerce Strategy Execution and

    Product Merchandising:


    Assist the Associate Director of E-commerce Operations and E-commerce Manager in executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored to the luxury apparel market segment.

    This includes collaborating to curate an enticing product assortment for the online store, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer preferences.

    Additionally, integrate and maintain upsell applications to enhance the online shopping experience and increase average order value.

    Asset Production Coordination:


    Coordinate with other departments and photographers to ensure timely production of assets for the product launch calendar, including product images, videos, and other marketing collateral.


    Marketing Campaigns:


    Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and social media to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.

    Customer Experience Optimization and Website QA:

    Continuously evaluate and enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring seamless navigation, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer service.

    Regularly review the website to identify and escalate glitches, errors, and areas for improvement, maintaining a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.


    Competitor Research:


    Conduct thorough research on competitors in the luxury apparel industry, analyzing their e-commerce strategies, product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and customer experiences to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

    SEO and


    SEM:
    Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website. Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance visibility in search engine results pages.

    Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and e-commerce operations metrics. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, OR equivalent work experience in a related field.
    Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management and operations, preferably in the luxury apparel or fashion industry.
    Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
    Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in e-commerce operations.
