    We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Manufacturing: Textiles and Fabrication, residing in TX, AZ, or CA.

    An innovative window treatment company, rapidly expanding in the U.S., needs a tech-savvy sales expert with B2B fabrication and textile sales experience, and extensive knowledge of window treatment solutions.

    The successful candidate will focus on expanding the Southwest Market, starting with Texas, selling custom window treatment textiles and components to fabricators and dealers. This role offers a B2B sales opportunity with a reputable company that has been creating innovative solutions for over 30 years.

    The position includes a $80k - $105k base salary, plus a bonus structure, and TRUE first-year earning potential of $155k+. Additional benefits include 20 days of PTO, 401k with a 3% match, health insurance, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid travel expenses, and technology provided.

    The Territory Sales Representative will work with the Territory Sales Manager to develop and execute a market strategy, service existing accounts, establish new accounts, and develop new distribution channels. They will utilize leading-edge data and information systems to maximize market share, sales, and profits.

    Required experience includes sales in the Window Coverings industry, a love for tech, experience with window treatment innovations, selling B2B to manufacturers or fabricators, covering large territories, and CRM software proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone and virtual presence, a desire and ability to travel, and a drivers license. They must also be able to obtain a passport if not possessed already.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a market strategy with the Territory Sales Manager
    • Service existing accounts, establish new accounts, and develop new distribution channels
    • Support manufacturer and fabricator accounts in selling our products
    • Utilize leading-edge data and information systems to maximize market share, sales, and profits
    • Attend trade shows, company meetings, and training sessions
    Required Skills:
    • Sales experience in the Window Coverings industry
    • Experience with window treatment innovations, such as motorization
    • Selling B2B to manufacturers or fabricators
    • Covering large territories from the ground up
    • CRM software proficiency
    • Strong phone and virtual presence
    • Ability to travel
