The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. The allocation of time is dependent on several factors, including PCP capacity, market needs, size of centers, patient membership, and Market Clinical Director direction.

It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.
