Production line lead

Outagamie food manufacturer is looking to add an experienced leader to their first shift team This temp to hire opportunity will allow you to work in a fast paced, team environment. Apply today

Position –Production Line Lead

Job Location –Appleton, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$18 to $20/hr

Benefits –Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience

As a production line leader, you will be overseeing production and staff on a fast paced assembly line.

Responsibilities

Monitor and work along side production employees and monitoring break times

Monitor all equipment throughout shift for improper operation

Perform and delegate daily cleaning tasks and inspections

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing

Ability to work well with people and effectively communicate

Excellent attendance record
