    Required Skills & Experience

    • 1-3 years of industry experience in Software Development, Analyst, Data Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience working with complex data structures within a RDMS (Oracle, SQL).
    • Proficient in Python/SAS Programming Language.
    • Some business knowledge and familiarity with commercial & consumer banking products, operations, and processes, or risk & finance background/experience.
    • Experience in Reporting and Dashboarding tools (e.g.- Tableau, Qlik Sense).
    • Experience with design, coding, and testing patterns as well as engineering software platforms and large-scale data infrastructures.
    • Experience with Data Science project implementation.
    • Documenting requirements as well as resolving conflicts or ambiguities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ingenuity, analytical thinking, resourceful, persistent, pragmatic, motivated and socially intelligent.
    • Technically oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic, with good attention to details.
    • Time management skills are needed to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong ability with standard office tools such as Excel/VBA, PowerPoint, and Word.

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Experience with one or more cloud-based computing platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
    • Experience in designing efficient and robust data workflows (e.g.- Apache Airflow).
    • Experience in developing constructive relationships with a wide range of different stakeholders.
    • Ability to independently gather data from various sources and conduct research.
    • Ability to think "out of the box" and provide suggestions on ways to improve the process.
    • Experience in integrating automated unit test cases and code scanning tools with CI/CD pipeline (E.g. - GitLab).

    Education

    • Bachelors in econometrics, statistics, data science, computer science or other STEM fields (e.g., physics, math, engineering, etc.)
    • Finance or Business degree with strong quantitative and programming background also acceptable.

    The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000USD to $100,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
