Summary:
The Cosm Engineering team develops technology to deliver best-in-class experiences in our digital and live-streaming products.

We are looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and user experience across various platforms.

We expect our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic when taking on new problems across the full stack as we continue to push the technology forward.

The ideal candidate will be closely working with technical and business teams to plan, develop, and maintain tests and to develop best practices.

You will work in an energetic and highly creative environment with a group of highly talented, passionate, and successful individuals.

Responsibilities:
Use technical knowledge to create, execute, and maintain software test cases involving one or more product components and/or features.
Validate the functionality of digital and physical products to meet requirements.
Write detailed bug reports for defects found during testing.
Deploy the latest code for multiple services to the test environments.
Collaborate closely with a cross-disciplinary team (Design, Product, and Engineering)

Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Four to six years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of the software development process.
Knowledge of software-testing techniques and software-testing life cycle.
Experience with testing services and technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize individual workload to meet required deadlines.
Experience testing mobile and web applications.
Experience working with tools such as Postman, proxies, and developer toolbars.
Identify potential risks and issues which may impact quality and user experience.
Contribute to the continuing improvements in QA processes.
Extensive experience writing test cases, test plans, and documentation.
Experience with JIRA and Github.
The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $90,000 - $115,000.

The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
