    Must have 8+ years of experience in building data science, machine learning solutions using Python, Scala, Spark DataBricks, SQL or similar.

    Experience in Text GenAI & LLM.
    Deep understanding of probability, statistics, machine learning, anomalies/outliers detection, data correlation/feature analysis, machine learning models.
    Strong fundamentals in problem solving, algorithm design, and model building.
    Excellent Code writing capability in Python and familiarity with relevant ML packages.


    About the Role:
    Work with customer stakeholder to design and implement machine learning methods per requirement. Maintain clear understanding of strategic goals, business challenges and customer needs.


    What You Will Do:

    Data Analysis and Modeling:
    Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets.
    Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and optimization.
    Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model performance.
    Conduct thorough evaluations of model performance and interpret results.


    GenAI Expertise:
    Design and develop algorithms inspired by principles of genetics and evolution for problem-solving.
    Implement genetic algorithms, genetic programming, and other evolutionary computation techniques to optimize solutions.
    Tune and evolve algorithms to adapt to changing environments or objectives.


    Algorithm Development:
    Develop custom algorithms tailored to specific business needs or research objectives.
    Research and experiment with cutting-edge techniques in data science and artificial intelligence, including advancements in GenAI.


    Data Preprocessing and Cleaning:
    Clean, preprocess, and normalize data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
    Handle missing data and outliers effectively to improve model robustness.


    Model Deployment and Integration:
    Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
    Integrate models into existing software systems or platforms.
    Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration and scalability.


    What You Need:
    Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field.
    10 years of experience in building data science, machine learning solutions using Python, Scala, Spark DataBricks, SQL or similar.
    Experience in text GenAI & LLM.
