Description

Top of the Market, a San Diego fine dining institution, is looking for exceptional line cooks to join our exhibition-style kitchen.

Our exhibition style kitchen is located front and center in our dining room, with a counter where guests can watch our cooks work and interact with them while they prepare our signature seafood dishes.

Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
Meeting special guest requests while ensuring Uncompromised Quality
Must be able to work nights, weekends and most holidays
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
Possess strong knife skills and be able to operate basic kitchen equipment
California Food Handler's Card or ability to get one within 30 days of employment
MUST be available to work evenings
