Salary: $23-$29/hourly depending on experience
Benefits: Dental, 401k, Vacation, Holiday & Sick Pay
Full-Time | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am – 5pm | Wednesday 7am – 2pm
Progressive, high quality General dental office located in Windham, NH, has an immediate need for a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Treatment Coordinator to manage patient treatment planning for our practice while providing world-class customer service to our patients and provide exceptional administrative support to our Windham Family Dentistry team. This position plays a crucial role in effectively presenting treatment plans, generating financials, providing a consultative sales approach and scheduling cases of all levels so our valued patients receive the imperative treatment they deserve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as first point of contact for all patients and ensure exceptional customer service.
· Deliver clear and effective communication and information to patients regarding the recommended treatment plans and facilitate successful closure of related financials.
· Thorough knowledge of Care Credit & other financial options.
· Ability to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
· Answer incoming calls, receive messages and route calls accordingly.
· Schedule appointments accurately to reflect dentists' schedule.
· Provide dental insurance verifications, collect and enter insurance payments and review accounts receivables as needed.
· Work with other practices to obtain x-rays, referrals and coordinate patient needs.
· Build positive and productive relationships with referral partners for business growth.
· Follow up with patients to improve satisfaction.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about practice services offered.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Goal-driven and organized self-starter.
· Experience with generating dental financials and consultative sales.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
· Motivated problem solver and highly organized and energetic team player.
· Must be polished and maintain clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
· Exceptional customer service skills exuding a positive, optimistic attitude.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma.
· 3+ years of dental or medical treatment coordinator experience or previous front-office experience in a dental or medical practice.
· Knowledge of dental terminology.
· Knowledge of dental software (Oryx experience, a plus)
