    • Type: Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts

    We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN at Good Samaritan, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.

    1. You will collaborate with residents and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals, to plan and implement effective care plans.
    2. You will demonstrate expertise in your field by staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
    The role involves:
    • Caring for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
    • Maintaining accurate resident records while adhering strictlyto confidentiality guidelines.
    • Servingas charge nurseand delegating appropriate tasks within the scope of practice responsibility under licensure,in alignmentwithresidentcareneeds.Competenceandleadershipstyleofchargeurse.Mayrequire supervisingoneor more licensed nurses assistive personnellicenseastice/nursecarenurturingtechnician(degreeofrequiresprofessionalexpertiseprobablyprofoundTraining)).
