The Cleaning Team Leader – Projects and Scheduling is a working supervisor role responsible for the day‑to‑day direction of a cleaning team while actively participating in cleaning inspecting and inventorying campus properties.Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning work assignments following established procedures and in compliance with the Bowdoin College Cleaning standards which involve utilizing machinery college provided products floor stripping and refinishing and training others to complete those tasks.
- Supervise direct assist assure the teams completion of assigned cleaning tasks in accordance with established criteria daily by adjusting inspecting work progress carrying out special instructions or resolving cleaning problems attend all scheduled training sessions meetings.
