    Description

    The job is for an applications testing team lead who will collaborate with the Division Chief and Solutions Manager to coordinate development groups and activities.

    The position requires knowledge of software products like Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Test Manager, Soap UI- Ready API, Load UI/Load testing skills, SQL Server, and LDAP.

    Role Description: Microsoft SQL Reporting Services

    • Provide technical and project leadership for testing and quality assurance tasks.
    • Maintain testing schedule and environment inventory.
    • Coordinate various testing activities within the SURE Test environment.
    • Create and manage test cases, test data scripts, and test diagrams.
    • Monitor project progress related to testing.
    • Work with project management to ensure project requirements are testable.
    • Develop quality assurance standards and processes.
    • Perform tests on software and automated load/performance tests.
    • Assist in coordinating user acceptance tests.
    • Prepare reports on test results.
    • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
    • Provide honest and timely work estimates and updates on task status.
    • Communicate effectively with managers regarding tasks and work.
    • Collaborate with all team members and participate in team meetings.
    • Be proactive in issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
    • Provide mentoring and training to staff.
    • Review and understand the Test Team work plan.
    • Assist in managing Test Team processes.
    • Anticipate and resolve issues affecting work.
    • Develop contingency plans and research problems independently.
    • Guide Testers and define testing entry/exit criteria.
