    We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at Blueprint Creative Group.

    Blueprint Creative Group is a strategic communications agency that supports state, local, and federal government agencies with enterprise-wide communications, public affairs, and program management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with client objectives.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and advertising campaigns.
    • Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop innovative marketing concepts.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance.
    • Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling within existing accounts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in account management or client services.
    • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
    • A proven track record of success in achieving marketing goals and objectives.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
