    As an On-Call Catering and Delivery Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the seamless execution of catering orders and timely delivery services. Your role involves not only providing exceptional customer service but also representing our commitment to delivering the authentic flavors of our BBQ to a broader audience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Service:
    • Greet customers warmly during pickups and deliveries, embodying a welcoming and professional demeanor.
    • Assist customers with inquiries related to catering orders, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
    Product Knowledge:
    • Familiarize yourself with our catering menu, ensuring a thorough understanding of portion sizes, special requirements, and packaging standards.
    • Provide guidance to customers on menu selections suitable for catering events
    Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    • Maintain cleanliness in delivery vehicles, ensuring they are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe and reliable operation.
    Customer Engagement:
    • Communicate effectively with customers during the delivery process, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the quality and authenticity of our BBQ offerings.
    Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure accurate and on-time order preparation.
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow Team Members to streamline operations.

    Key Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a delivery or catering role is preferred.
    Strong customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
    Familiarity with food safety guidelines, ensuring the integrity of catering orders during transport.
    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on on-call needs.
