    Job Description

    ExacTech Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team for both 1st and 2nd shifts. As a crucial part of our machining team, your responsibilities will include programming and operating an HNK horizontal boring machine.

    • Job Responsibilities
    • Setup, program, and operate the HNK CNC machine for milling, cutting, and drilling sheet metal
    • Utilize various tools like trammels, dividers, protractors, compass, squares, and punches for precise setup and programming
    • Refer to blueprints to strategize pre-machining, sub weldments, and main weldments processes
    • Employ overhead cranes and jib cranes to maneuver steel components into position on the machine
    • Complete any other designated duties and tasks
    • Job Qualifications
    • An educational background in CNC operation or relevant hands-on experience is advantageous
    • Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is beneficial
    • Prior experience in interpreting Blueprints and drawings is a plus, although training can be provided
    • Proficiency in using a tape measure and converting measurements into decimals is a bonus
    • Able to lift weights up to 50 pounds
