    **Salary range reflects base salary + OTE. This is a role where your variable grows year over year, with greater earning potential kicking in around Year 2**

    **Though this role can be done remotely, we are interested in candidates who can visit with our target New England clients regularly.**

    For going on three decades, our technology and advisory services firm has been at the forefront of helping companies drive forward their most important digital transformation initiatives. Things like... standing up AI/ML capability, engineering quality software solutions, introduce tech-powered innovation, driving superior customer and employee experiences.

    Our sales team is growing, and we'd love to hear from you if you are a fearless net-new account hunter, motivated by the notion of a rich opportunity landscape, and have some notable tech and solutions selling chops.

    What You'll Do:

    Reporting directly to our CEO, and working in close collaboration with our go-to-market leadership team, your days will center around:

    • Fearlessly break down doors at net-new accounts to create alignment between our prospects' pains and our software engineering, advanced analytics, and technology consulting solutions
    • Carry and meet your quota — owning your sales cycle end-to-end, from outbound prospecting to qualification to opportunity creation to closure and win
    • Incorporate your background and subject matter expertise (you've built your career within the managed services, IT consulting, tech services spaces) to immediately earn trust from prospects
    • Lead prospects through a Consultative, discovery-focused sales process to help identify critical use cases they can apply within data, AI, software engineering and innovation
    • Forge relationships with companies and leaders who regularly purchase technology consulting, data advisory services, engineering and talent solutions to maximize pipeline opportunities and become a preferred vendor
    • Stay abreast of current technology trend specific to digital transformation, AI/ML, devops, software lifecycle velocity, and data science
    • Get out in front of target prospects live — regularly scheduling in-person meetings, attending networking events, and frequenting conferences/shows our target prospects attend
    • Collaborate closely with our Solutions team to deeply understand our offerings and tap them to join you in prospect meetings
    • Stay on top of your book of business to generate cross- and up-sell opportunities

    Who You Are

    Essential

    • 7+ years of experience in a revenue quota carrying role
    • You have a proven successful track record of selling Consulting or Services solutions, with expertise in hunting and developing new business. This could be part of a SaaS solution.
    • You have self-sourced at least 15% of the revenue closed in the last year
    • You have met at least 70% of your quota and absolutely smashed some quarters
    • You have had structured sales training in Challenger, Miller-Heiman, GAP, MEDDIC or similar. Alternatively, you can evidence a proactive approach to learning through investment in books, courses and seminars
    • You have a growth mindset. You love to win. But if you lose, you love to learn and are open to feedback
    • You have used Salesforce, HubSpot and similar CRMs. You're familiar with sales technologies such as Salesloft, Apollo and Zoominfo
