    As a Personal Lines Account Manager at The Starr Group/Acrisure, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business organic growth.     Responsibilities:

    Provide in-house customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Conduct occasional outside annual visits to clients for meetings or site visits, as needed. Handle incoming phone calls from clients and insurance companies, addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, or general administrative matters. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and transactions in the workflow system to ensure timely follow-up and efficient communication with clients and carriers. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, addressing client questions, concerns, and requests to enhance the overall client experience. Evaluate risks associated with client accounts, develop tailored insurance solutions, and make recommendations across supported product lines. Review and re-market existing business as necessary, preparing rewritten proposals for clients and maintaining up-to-date underwriting and marketing information by carrier. Assist in conducting annual phone calls to clients for pre-renewal reviews, providing guidance on policy changes, coverage options, and premium adjustments. Adhere to agency guidelines and compliance standards, including Errors & Omissions (E&O) guidelines, to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risks. Maintain electronic files in an orderly and up-to-date manner, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of client information. Collaborate with team members and management to support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in personal lines insurance or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with insurance agency management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
