    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough inspections of customer equipment while executing necessary service, maintenance, and installation tasks.
    • Communicate effectively with the Coordinator or Department Manager regarding any needs or concerns.
    • Perform scheduled maintenance in a timely manner according to customer contracts.
    • Adhere to all maintenance procedures and policies as established by the company.
    • Document service calls or installations accurately and ensure all necessary paperwork is provided.
    • Submit paperwork and time cards promptly.
    • Follow all safety protocols set forth by both Lift Power and the customers at job sites.
    • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Ensure proper waste disposal.
    • Leave job sites clean and organized.
    • Adhere to company policies regarding work orders, parts management, time cards, and travel procedures.

    Other Duties:

    • Keep the company service vehicle clean, organized, and hazard-free.
    • Perform regular maintenance on the vehicle, including oil changes and tire rotations.
    • Manage service and parts inventory effectively within the company vehicle.
    • Provide and maintain personal tools necessary for effective equipment service.
    • Attend all training meetings and seminars organized by the company.
    • Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Required: Prior professional experience in commercial dock and door services.
    • Preferred: Mechanical skills with knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding.
    • Ability to execute physically demanding tasks.
    • Capability to exert force up to 100 lbs and manage frequent loads up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to perform continuous full-body motions such as climbing, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license with insurability meeting Lift Power's standards.
    • A valid CDL license is required.
