    Responsibilities:

    • Lead in assisting the government with enterprise planning, strategy, enterprise architecture and governance requirements.
    • Facilitate active stakeholder engagement that drives development for strategic planning, regular communication, providing clear and consistent updates on the planning process and progress, collaboration facilitating discussions to ensure the strategic plan aligns with the capabilities of the enterprise management engineering and technical support teams.
    • Support the administrative, logistical and management functions of the PMO program, to include evaluating strategies, resources, configuration management, recommending decision criteria, prioritization, risk management, facilitating TEMs, manage all documentation, scheduling and budget portfolio management. * Lead in assisting the government with management of the IT portfolio, IT investment management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process.
    • Lead in assisting the government performing its quality assurance process throughout the enterprise.
    • Lead in assisting the government establishing goals and target, monitoring performance, reporting performance criteria.
    • Lead in assisting the government to establish measure performance metrics to monitor outcomes for performance management goals.
    • Execute IT engineering planning that supports IT integration with data, communications, infrastructure, systems, and storage.
    • Support IT engineering services for infrastructure, applications, tier III and Special Access Programs (SAPs)
    • Support the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) activities, employing IA best practices, analysis, testing, validation and verification for certification and accreditation at the program and project level

    Task Order Lead Duties:

    • TOLs Manage/execute all day-to-day mission performance/deliverables of the TO
    • TOLs are responsible for WARs, CAR inputs, management of employees (Timecards, R.O.A.D.S, communications with Sec, HR, IT, Finance), understanding Axio handbook and policies.
    • TOLs are conduits of communication between GPOCs/CORs and the PD/DPD
    • Coordinate all contractual actions with the ESITA II Program Director for approval

    Qualifications:

    • Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI Poly.
    • Must have at least 12 years' experience, with 5 in technology consulting.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience with a Master's degree or advanced training in information technology.
    • Experience with DIA, DoD, IC, and IC ITE missions.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio.

    Qualifications (Continued):

    • Familiarity with AGILE software development principles and processes .
    • Ability to work independently and/or in team environments.
    • Strong research, analytical, and editing skills.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements

    Level of Responsibility:
    Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs


    Reporting Chain:

    • This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead

    Level of Supervision Required:
    The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available.

    The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative.

    The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.


    Work Environment:

    • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
    • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
    • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
