We're currently seeking a Client Success Manager to help us continue building meaningful relationships, drive client retention, and ensure every individual feels supported on their wellness journey.
    About the Role
    As a Client Success Manager, you are the welcoming face of Kaizen Fitness. You'll guide potential clients through our onboarding journey and ensure they receive the highest level of support. You'll also collaborate with trainers to execute client fitness plans and help maintain our strong fitness community.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Conversion & Sales
      • Respond to all leads within 5 minutes during shifts (within 24 hrs if off).
      • Use sales scripts and techniques to convert leads into clients.
      • Achieve booking targets: 80% of leads booked, 60% show rate, and 50% close rate.
    • Client Onboarding & Success
      • Guide clients through a 90-day onboarding journey.
      • Develop and adjust personalized meal plans.
      • Keep trainers informed with updated assessments and goals.
      • Foster an exceptional client experience through continuous communication.
    • Operational Support
      • Perform daily facility checks and cleaning duties.
      • Refill inventory and make supply runs as needed.
      • Contribute to budget planning and support the execution of business plans.
    • Community & Engagement
      • Maintain and grow our presence on social media through engaging content (Canva/Meta).
      • Collect, organize, and showcase client reviews and transformation stories.
      • Promote a welcoming, motivating atmosphere in the gym.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, admin, or client-facing roles. Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Coachability: Must be eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow with the company.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with learning client management systems and creating basic content on platforms like Canva.
    • Problem Solver: Quick thinking and client-focused under pressure.

    • Retention: Keep client attrition below 5%.
    • Sales: Consistently meet monthly sales quotas.
    • Growth: Help drive 20% yearly growth in both revenue and membership.
    • Culture: Build genuine relationships with clients and staff that fuel a strong gym culture.
    Schedule
    Typical Week:
    • Daily sales calls & follow-ups
    • Social media content creation
    • Client check-ins, floor walkthroughs, and light cleaning
    • Friday: Deep cleaning & planning social media for the upcoming week
    • Monthly: Business and workout plan collaboration with trainers
