About the position:
In this role, you will provide vital support directly to the business owners and management team. You will assist with HR tasks such as benefits, time off requests, and preparing payroll. You will also assist with new staff onboarding and staff offboarding. Office management tasks include helping us manage supplies, track employee task lists, maintain any shared spaces, and assist with scheduling for hybrid employees. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
This is an entry level position with the possibility for growth within the position.

Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
- M-F - must be available from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. You will be scheduled to work 8 hours per day.
- Current schedule requires 3 days in office, with 2 days remote. This may adjust in the future or based upon a decision at the time of hiring based upon where you live.
Location Requirements:
You must live in one of the following areas: Utah County, Utah; Salt Lake County, Utah. You should plan on commuting to Utah County regularly. While the position is a hybrid position, you should be prepared to commute up to every work day depending on business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken
Management and HR experience preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer and internet skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Able to adapt to use our CRM software
- Affable disposition who enjoys team camaraderie. Honest, trustworthy, hardworking.
- Cannot be a people pleaser or reluctant to support the management team.
- Self-starter, ability to prioritize, stay on task, and work independently.
- A problem solver who strives to reduce the workload on others by finishing tasks without leaving loose ends.
- Goal-oriented and efficient, while remaining thorough and accurate.
Necessary Equipment:
- Access to stable high speed internet (required for working hybrid)
