Peace Healthcare at Ridgeway Manor is a 61-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Catonsville, Maryland. Our top priority is providing respectful, compassionate and exceptional care to seniors in Catonsville, and the surrounding community. We treat our residents like family from the moment you arrive. We're proud to provide comprehensive senior care, including 24/7 skilled nursing care, memory care, respite care, hospice care, rehabilitation and many more. This position is a full time, salaried position, with ocassional on-call and weekend availibility needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
JOB SUMMARY: In accordance with facility policies and procedures, the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to residents. The ADON is responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
