    Job Description

    This job aims to provide product and service sourcing as well as store support encompassing response and resolution to store needs and problems.

    1. Review form and standard contracts and understand terms and conditions.
    2. Perform routine data analysis on vendor performance and metrics.
    3. Look for improvement opportunities within departmental processes and workstreams.
    4. Identify issues and engage management and key stakeholders to review.
    5. Drive day-to-day product and services administration and store support including sourcing, testing, and selecting new products, programs, and services; respond to store needs and solve store problems.
    6. Compile and send out bid packages to potential vendors, analyze returned packages, review and accurately summarize contract terms and analyze and edit contracts.
    7. Organize, review, and analyze company data to identify trends, create meaningful reporting, and develop action items.
    8. Recommend and collaborate in vendor evaluation, selection, and the negotiation process; establish and maintain contractual and business relationships.
    9. Collect pricing data and support in analyses.
    10. Look for improvement opportunities within departmental processes and workstreams.
    11. SME on store support, driving results and solutions autonomously.
    12. Complete other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field required.
    • 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
