    Description
    Filion Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in [mention specific sector or
    investment focus, if applicable], is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished
    professional to join our executive leadership team as the Chief Operating Officer
    (COO). This is a strategic role that will be instrumental in driving the firm's
    operational excellence, ensuring efficient and effective execution of our investment
    strategies, and contributing to the firm's long-term success.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the firm's operational functions, including finance, legal, compliance, human resources, and administrative operations
    Collaborate with the Managing Partners and senior leadership team to develop and implement the firm's strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational policies
    Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing internal processes and systems
    Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
    Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, working closely with legal counsel and regulatory authorities
    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, including financial analysis, forecasting, and financial risk management
    Manage relationships with external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, and vendors, to ensure high-quality and costeffective services
    Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in private equity operations, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational capabilities.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
    5 years of experience in senior leadership roles in private equity, asset management, or financial services industry, with a focus on operations and/or finance
    Proven track record in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and implementing operational strategies to support business growth
    Strong understanding of private equity operations, investment lifecycle, and regulatory compliance requirements
    Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive performance
    Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
    Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
