Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Plumber / Estimator to lead our plumbing project division. This role is responsible for bidding, selling, and executing large-scale residential and commercial plumbing projects including full repipes, gas repipes,
commercial tenant improvements,
  • Bid on new projects.
  • Sell our services to clients.
  • Plan job logistics materials labor scheduling Lead supervise plumbing crews on project jobs Ensure projects are completed On time On budget To code To company quality standards Coordinate inspections compliance Resolve jobsite issues change orders customer concerns Perform hands-on plumbing work when required Serve as technical authority on complex jobs Train mentor junior plumbers Ensure safety compliance all job sites

    • Prior experience as estimator plumber supervisor preferred Experience working property managers HOAs commercial clients a plus
      • Journeyman or Master Plumber experience
