    A robotics automation firm are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the manufacturing, consumer electronics and product development sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a persuasive negotiator, and a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

    Your primary focus will be generating new business, identifying lucrative opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and nurturing deals to successful closure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience dealing with Hardware and Electronics based manufacturing/ products
    • Experience supporting product developments
    • New business development initiatives, focusing on expanding our footprint in the Americas.
    • and capitalize on new business opportunities, understanding client needs and market trends.
    • the technical sales team in the creation and presentation of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
    • Experience with Supply chain contributions
    • and nurture prospective deals, steering them through the sales pipeline to successful closure.
    • with global teams across the UK, Hungary, the US, and China, contributing to our collective success.
    • frequently within the US for client meetings and conferences, with occasional visits to our factory in Mexico and international trips to our headquarters in China and other locations.

    Qualifications:

    • of 5 years of experience in a business development role, ideally within the manufacturing and consumer electronics sector.
    • ability to generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • understanding of CRM tools (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce) and their application in sales strategies.
