Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and experience with Federal contracting Department of Defense (DoD) Research and Development (R&D) contracting required.
• Twelve (12) years of specialized Federal contracting experience.
• Experience with PD2 contracting software.
• Experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) highly desired.
• Experience with Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) required.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Job Description *

• Develop and prepare terms and conditions in proposals related to the award of contracts.
• Negotiate and award contracts, contract modifications, and subcontracts.
• Participate in negotiating, awarding, or administering contracts, or the analysis of procurement policies and procedures.
• Administer the terms and conditions of contracts, including preparing contract modifications, evaluation of performance under the contract, and contract termination.
• Analyze proposed prices or costs, including evaluating technical and audit reports, forecasting price trends, evaluating economic factors, and estimating production.
• Evaluate efficiencies and methods of allocating cost through various types of overhead and general and administrative expense.
• Formulate policies and procedures for the acquisition of goods or services; participate in procurement management reviews and contract clearance, or develop positions on claims and protests related to contracts.
