    Description

    The Production Operations Manager will lead a fast-paced, high-energy, and professionally rewarding environment while driving the organization towards a continuously improving and operationally mature culture. The role is responsible for managing the production activities associated with Entegris' Specialty Coatings and Electrostatic Chucks businesses.

    This includes being accountable for the safety, quality, cost, throughput, and on-time shipment of critical products for the demanding semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will translate manufacturing strategies into operational objectives, goals, and metrics to drive performance improvements in the areas of EHS, quality, on-time delivery, and cost.

    Key responsibilities include managing the training program for manufacturing personnel in the operation of new and existing equipment and process, ensuring adequate cross-training and contingency planning for operations personnel and equipment. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate production activities with maintenance, repairs, and development requirements to maintain targeted production levels and commercial requirements.

    The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or another Engineering discipline, and 10+ years manufacturing or operations experience with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight. They should also have 2-5 years' experience with management and development of manufacturing and operations personnel.

    A 'Safety First' attitude is essential, as well as a strong data-driven mindset and belief in systems. Proven track record of hands-on management, SAP background, and enthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset are desirable.
